The link between allergies and your immune system

Quercetin

Quercetin is a powerful source of natural flavonoids which have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral properties. Studies show that quercetin can act as a mast cell stabiliser to help reduce histamine release.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, which play an important role in the maintenance and repair of the body’s natural defences.

Vitamin C
