Ingredients: Trigonella foenum-graecum * (30%), Matricaria Chamomilla*, Carum Carvi *, Aloysia Officinarum * (15%), Urtica dioivca*, Cymbopogon citratus *, Alchemilla vulgaris.

Application: Use one tea bag per 200ml freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 5 minutes. We recommend three cups a day throughout the whole nursing period.
