Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning.

Aufbaukalk activates calcium metabolism, promotes the formation of healthy bones and teeth in infants and children, protects bone structure during pregnancy, and is used for exudative diathesis.

Important Information:

The product contains lactose. If you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult a doctor.

Usage:

Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are taken in alternation:

• One full measuring spoon of Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 in the morning and one full measuring spoon of Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 in the evening (1 measuring spoon corresponds to approximately 0.2 g of powder). The powder is taken with a small amount of liquid.
