Digestodoron (100 Tablets) - Weleda

Digestodoron® regulates the motility of the gastrointestinal tract and relieves symptoms such as heartburn, bloating, and vomiting. It also serves as a base therapy for treating chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, irritable bowel syndrome, and ulcerative colitis.

Extracts from three different species of fern and willow leaves restore damaged intestinal mucous membranes and regulate fluid content during both diarrhea and constipation.

The preparation is used as an auxiliary treatment for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (granulomatous enteritis). After completing the treatment course, the motor and secretory functions of the gastrointestinal tract are restored. Digestodoron is an effective remedy for chronic recurring neurotic alternation of diarrhea and constipation.

Indications:

Disorders of the secretory and motor function of the digestive system, and the resulting heartburn, nausea, flatulence, diarrhea, and constipation.

Usage:

Digestodoron should not be used during the acute phase of an illness or in cases of lactose intolerance.

• Adults and adolescents from 12 years: 2-4 tablets, 1-3 times a day
• Children 6 to 12 years: 1-2 tablets, 1-3 times a day
• Children 2 to 5 years: 1 tablet, 1-3 times a day
• Children under 2 years: 1/2 tablet, 1-3 times a day

Take the tablets with a small amount of water, 15 minutes before a meal. Digestodoron is used as a 3-month course. The course can be repeated after a break.
